We collect only what’s necessary to deliver our services and support.

When you reach out to us, fill a form, subscribe to a service, or become a client, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and company name. We use this to communicate with you, manage your account, and send updates (with your permission).

We may also collect optional info, like a profile picture or job title, to personalize your experience.

We never sell your personal information. We won’t use your name or company in marketing unless you give us permission.

Billing Information

If you purchase services from us, your billing info (like address and transaction details) is stored securely. Credit card data goes directly to our payment processor—we don’t store it. We keep a record of the transaction (like the last 4 digits of your card) for invoicing, account history, and fraud protection.

Project Data

If you share files or data with us while working on a project, we keep that content securely on our systems. It’s used only for the purpose of delivering what you hired us for. Once your project is done, you can request deletion at any time.

Website Data & Analytics

We collect anonymous data on how visitors use our website—things like browser type, time on page, and what site you came from. This helps us improve the site and your experience.

If you’re logged in or fill out a form, we may tie analytics to your account to understand how clients interact with our content.

IP Addresses & Security Logs

For security reasons, we log IP addresses when users access certain parts of our website or services. This helps us detect fraud, spam, or abuse.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to:

  • Keep you signed in (where applicable)

  • Understand site usage through analytics

How We Share Your Info

No Magnetik team member looks at your content unless absolutely necessary—for example, if a technical issue requires manual fixing and you’ve asked us to investigate.

  • Request that we delete your data

  • Opt out of marketing communications

  • Ask for a copy of your data

  • Request that we limit how we use your data

Data Storage Location

Our systems and providers are primarily based in Canada. If you’re outside Canada, please know your data may be transferred here and subject to local laws.
